Arka Sinha (b.2000) is a visual artist based in Kolkata. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and is currently pursuing Master’s in Photography at the National Institute of Design in Gandhinagar. He probes into the transitionality of coastal landscapes and ecological disruptions, drawing from found objects, archival imagery, and alternate processes, simultaneously renegotiating the politics of photography as an extractive device. His works have been exhibited at the Chennai Photo Biennale, Kolkata Centre for Creativity, and PhotoCircle, among others.
